Welcome to The Happy Face Theory!

This is the heart of the multiverse — the origin story of it all. The Happy Face Theory was created by Asha Reaves, a surgical neurophysiology grad student and founder of The More Life Foundation. Translation: I spend way too much time inside the brain (literally and academically) and decided to build a mental health universe that actually makes sense for real people — not just in textbooks.
