About the event
The Louisville Out of the Darkness Walk is a special event that provides community, connection, healing, and hope for survivors of suicide loss and those with lived experience. This is a particularly special year, as we are celebrating our 20th annual event!
By registering for the November 6th walk, you are joining a strong community united in an effort to fight suicide while showing up for yourself, recognizing and honoring those you love, raising awareness, educating communities, supporting one another, and sharing hope.
Every dollar you raise through the Louisville Walk allows AFSP and the Kentucky Chapter to invest in life-saving research, education, advocacy, and support for those impacted by suicide.
For this special anniversary year, we’re having an all day festival! Join us anytime between 9 AM and 7 PM to walk and engage with us. There will be multiple walk waves with opening ceremonies at 10 AM, 12…
